Setting a Picture in a Template (.dot)

I am using Word in Office 2004 for Mac. I am using the OSX operating
system. I have our company letterhead in a .tiff file and I want to
create a word document template that has our letterhead as a
background. I have followed the steps of inserting the .tiff picture
on the document, then sizing it to fit the page, then saving it as
a .dot file. However, when I open that template with the letterhead
and start typing, the letterhead will move with the text. How can I
set the letterhead .tiff file to lock on to the first page and not
move with the text?

Thanks

Zack

Hi Zack -

Although it's slanted toward the PC version of Word the info on MVP Suzanne
Barnhill's site will show you what you need - the same concepts & techniques
apply in Mac Word. Pay particular attention to that which pertains to 2-page
letterhead templates.
