Setting a rule for an outgoing message

Is there a way to have a standard message automatically entered into either
the subject line or body of the text whenever the encryption option is
selected? In other words, for every encrypted e-mail I need the word
Confidential to be included somewhere in the message automatically.

No, but you might be able to do this with VBA. Ask in the programmers
newsgroup in you need assistance with that;
