Setting all users to find templates on a network share

I work in a school and we use Office 2003 and would like to set up a network
share area for our Word templates rather than everyone having their own
version. Is there an easy way we can roll this out centrally rather than
having every student and member of staff having to do it?

Since you haven't received any reply here, my advice would be to try asking in
the Office.Setup or the Word.networking newsgroup.
