Setting Appointments to Outlook in another person's calendar over

Hi,

Is it possible to set appointments from Access to another person's Outlook
calendar , over a LAN?
Teh Access DB is on a computer with Windows XP Professional, the other
person's computer is in a LAN with the first computer, with Windows XP Home
Ed.
Both have Office 2003.

I used the coding in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;160502
to set appointments to Outlook by clicking a button in an Access form, which
functions perfectly, the appointment is placed only on the same computer
where the Access DB is.
