Setting Appointments

Hi! I am trying to find a way in Outlook 2000 that will
allow me to invite attendees to a scheduled appt. via
Outlook.

When they accept, can it possibly automatically on their
calendar?

Please advise.

Press the <F1> key and type "Meeting".
This should give you the information you need to
learn how to "Make a Meeting" in Outlook.
