Yes. Make yourself a nice big red circle and save it as an Autotext.
To save as an AutoText, select it, then Insert>AutoText>New and give it a
name.
Then each time you want one, Insert>AutoText and choose what you saved.
Drag it into place.

I do a lot of writing where I like to circle the words in red. Everytime I do
this, I have to 1) change the color, 2) change the setting so the circle goes
around the text and doesn't block it. Is there a way I can set these
permanently?
