Setting Custom Sheet Size in/through Visio 2003

I can't make the Custom Sheet size "stick" in Visio 2003. I make the changes
by opening Visio, going to Page Set-up, and making the change using the
Printer button and then going to Properties. I make a change to a Custom
Sheet, but when I back up (clicking OK the whole time), the Custom sheet
doesn't show up on the Visio Printer Paper Size menu. I'm using an HP2500CP
36" Plotter to print.

After asking around, I found out it can't be done through Visio. It has to be
done through the printer/plotter software.

If the Custom Sheet size is changed while Visio is open on the desktop, the
changes won't update when you go into the Page Setup through Visio. You have
to close Visio and then open it up again to get the changed Custom Sheet size
to show the change in Visio.
