setting default appointment times

DOes anyone know how to change the default calendar
times. We have a doctor who needs his appts to default to
15 minutes.

Change the time scale in the daily view by right-clicking the times on the
left and selecting 15 minutes from the list. New appointments should then
default to a length of 15 minutes.
