setting e-mail address as a workflow list item variable

I need send a notification message when SharePoint List column is changed.
Using SharePoint Designer, how can I assign the e-mail address as
a variable stored at same List record, other column.

You need to do a lookup in the Current Item (the item on which the workflow
is running). The email address variable you mentioned should be available as
a field/column on the Current Item.
