Setting Encryption on 1 profile

On a PC that has Outlook 2003, two profiles have been created to
connect to different exchange mailboxes. When setting the encryption
and digital signature options it affects both of the profiles.
Is it possible to set the encryption and digital signature options at
the profile level?
