Hi,
our users are accessing their email via Outlook Web Access on Exchange 2007.
We now want to use the "Direct File Access" feature in OWA (via "Documents >
Open Location") for the users to access their home directories on the file
server.
But to keep technical stuff away from the users, we would like to centrally
add each users home directory (a share located on the central fileserver)
("\\fileserver\users\%username%") to his or her OWA Documents panel as a
Favorite, so he only has to click on it this existing link to access his
files (instead of entering a UNC path himself and then creating a Favorite
from it).
I could not find such a function for a "standard" location in the Exchange
Management Console, but as the "Favorites" links of the users have to be
stored somewhere (but where?), it might be possible to add them via a script
or something.
Do you have any ideas?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks a lot in advance.
