Setting Font Properties

Access 2007 sp2.
I have a form that opens Popup=Yes and Model=Yes which means
I don't have access to the quick access toolbar.
I can't seem to find any commands that I can use to set the text to bold or
underline
unless I highlight the text with my mouse and have the rich text toolbar
come up.

I would prefer to have a command button on the form for this but can't find
any
commands for rich text or font properties.

Any help will be appreciated.
