Setting fonts using Outlook 2003 group policy

Can someone please advise how to set a specific font (Arial 10) and colour
(outgoing mails- black and reply mails - blue) using Outlook 2003 group
policy? We are using Outlook 2003 SP3 and I have installed OUTLK11 adm file
but do not see any such settings under Stationery and Fonts.
