Setting full-page watermark in Word 2k7?

Hi, all! I'm trying to get an image scaled to full page as a
watermark in Word 2k7. Is there a way to get it to scale to full-
page, with no margins? The goal I'm trying to get to is either a
washed-out full page background and/or washed-out background in a
column or row in a table (created in Word, not imported from Excel).
