Setting holidays to recur

Is there a way to import standard holidays into the standard project calendar
or set non-working time to recur, say December 24 each year or the fourth
Thursday in November?

There aren't any recurring holidays, but you can set up a Standard calendar
with holidays for the next 5 years then use Tools, Organizer to over-write
the main version in the Global.Mpt file. This will then be used for all new
projects. Use the Organizer again to over-write calendars in existing
projects.

Or you could write VBA code. Try recording a macro of you doing it manually
for ideas on how to.

Unfortunately, that's what I suspected... :-( I've already begun this
process...
Note to MS: add-in to import holidays or option to create recurring dates in
the calendar. Please!
Note to self: Update global project calendar every five years.
