Setting Hyperlink Menu to Default

Is it possible to set the hyperlink menu to default to a particular
folder/path on your machine? Ie: when I Ctrl-K I want the menu to always
default to a particular folder instead of just offering me My Documents and
requiring me to click a few times to find my folder and doc?
