Setting macro security level to "low" permanently?

Hi,
Whenever you open a new Excel sheet, the macro security level is set to
"Medium" by default. How can I set to be "low" permanently?

You have one reply at your other post in .misc.

It's not necessary to multipost to lots of newsgroups. If you feel the need to,
then post one message to all your chosen groups (called cross posting).

Then each followup should appear in each group. It'll make your life
easier--you won't have to check several newsgroups for the best answer, you
might get a better answer if someone enhances a possible solution and it won't
waste the responder's time for posting something that's already been posted.
