If you have Outlook 2003, there is a check box in the
lower right-hand corner of your meeting window on the
appointment tab. If you click that it should be private
for all attendees. Hope that helps.

with another person to private. The private option
doesn't come up and I can't find anywhere else to select
it. Any suggestions or is this something that can't be
