Setting Outlook Today as Default

Nothing happens when I press the "Customize Outlook Today"
button. This is the case for users have mail delivered
directly to a PST and for users who only have mailboxes.

Outlook 2000 SR1 on W2k Pro.

I've looked for help on this without success.
