setting personalized background for Outlook messages

Rather than using any of Windows background fills or stationary can I use a
file of my own as the default background for Outlook messages? If so how do I
set it so it becomes the default background? [WinXP/Office '03]

Create your own HTML file and place it i
%CommonProgramFiles%\Microsoft Shared\Stationery or i
%AppData%\Microsoft\Stationery. You should then be able to use it. I
you use a background, you should put that in a separate gif file an
reference that gif in the HTML. Examine the other stationery files fo
examples on how
