Setting printers in Access

I have probelms with Access "losing" the default printer. There is a default
printer set in Windows XP (it's on the office network) but when I hover over
the printer icon in Access it says "No Printer" and I can't create reports.

Are you running your database from the server? If so, you need to split it
into a front-end with all the code, forms, reports, queries, etc. and a
back-end with just the data. A copy of the front-end needs to run from each
workstation. Any other way of running invites corruption problems and
problems like you are having.
