Setting Recurrence for appointments

Hi
Please can someone help.
Can you set a recurrence in Microsoft Outlook calendar so that a recurring appointment will appear monthly, the appointment needs to be 4 days before the last week day of that month?

I don't think you can do that with Outlook itself, but there is at least one
third party add-in out there that is designed to create "odd" recurrence
patterns like the one you are describing. See
