Setting Reminder Options

I recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 and now my reminders pop up the day before a scheduled event. Its driving me crazy, I'm going to meetings a day early. It says due 18 hours from now, but I don't want them to pop up until 15 minutes before. Any ideas?

What do you have as the default reminder value in Tools | Options,
Preferences tab (in the Calendar section)?
