How do I set a right margin on my guest book so that the
typed entries don't keep going on to the right forever

You don't
But you could put it in a fixed width table cell

How do I do that and where do I do it? On the
Guestbook.htm or the Guestlog.htm

You could try putting it in a table with a fixed width for the cells...

Create 2 fixed width tables (1 row, 1 column) on Guestbook.htm
In the top table put your Guestbook form
In the bottom table put your include page
(which is linked to the _private/guestlog.htm page)

Or select all the text on your page w/ the mouse and then use Table Convert Text to Table (Paragraphs) and right click the table to
set it's properties
