Setting spellcheck to skip URLs in Outlook 2k

Is it possible to set Outlook 2000's spellcheck to skip URLs (Web addresses)
and e-mail addresses? I don't see anything in the settings, but maybe
there's an add-in that does this? I'd rather not use Word as my e-mail
editor (I'm not sure that would fix the problem anyway).
