setting tab order for tab pages

hi, i'm having trouble setting tab orders. on my form i have a text box
that displays a
projects name and some tab pages. I don't want the projects name to be a tab
spot so i set the property to No in the properties sheet. however, after i
tab through the controls on my tab pages, the projects name is the next tab
stop and the project names are cycled through (reading from my projects
table) every time the tab reaches this tab stop. I've tried setting enabled
and locked to yes and no, no and
yes....but doesn't help

can anyone help me!

If I understand you right you do not want the form to cycle
to the next record. If so change the forms Cycle prperty
to "Current Record"

HI Miranda,
I may be able to help you but I have to clraify something. Are you trying
to set the tab order in your form? I mean by that are you trying to use
your tab key to move from one tabpage to another? If yes then I might be
able to help you out.
