Setting Tab Order in a Form

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

Is is possible to set tab order in a form? It seems as though it should be, because Excel has created an arbitrary tab order on its own.

I thought that I'd done this, years ago--when I used Excel on a Windows machine--but maybe my memory is conflating it with another application. In any case, I'm using 2008 on a MacBook Pro now, and cannot seem to figure out how it's done, nor does there appear to be any on-board Help on the subject.
