Setting the default font...

Visio starts (on all the machines I use) with Arial 12 point as the default
font/size. How can I change that to something else? (so Visio comes up
from launch with the new font. (I know that changing the font with no
objects selected changes it for that session, but I'd like to change it
forever!)
