setting the font color to change in edits to reply email

How do I set the font color to change automatically when I reply to an email
and make changes to the sender's email? I am now using 2003 - I think XP
used to have this feature...

In Word or a WordMail message, Tools | Options | General | Email Options | Personal Stationery >> Pick a new color when replying or forwarding

Thanks but I mean automatically change the font color when I make edits to
the sender's text - similar to what track changes does. Did I dream up this
feature in XP?

Yes, you may have dreamed that. Recent versions of Outlook don't use Word's track changes feature.
