Setting the name of the document to data field value when saving

We have an InfoPath document library in SharePoint. The user initiates a
new form by clicking on the fill out this form button in SharePoint. When
saving the form to the SharePoint list, we would like the default value of
the name document to be set to one of the forms data field’s values . Is
this possible? If so, how could it be done?
