Setting the Submit to in My Timesheet

How to I set/ change the Submit to in My Timesheet? It currently defaults to
the user I am logged in as and is grayed out.

What do I have to do to be able to set this up? Do I need the RBS?

Is it just the Resource Manager group that is set up to approve timesheets?

Another one for you, if we leave it unchecked, how does it determine which
one to default to?

It should default to the users "timesheet manager" in the edit resource
information in PWA. If the "Timesheet Manager" is left blank, it will be
set to blank and the user will be forced to pick from the list before
submitting. If the timesheet is submitted to self, it will be auto
approved.
