Setting up a Counter

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet that is stored on the network and
multiple users can open the spreadsheet at any given time.

Is it possible for me to set up a counter in my worksheet
that counts each time the spreadsheet is opened, as well
as the time/date the spreadsheet was opened? Also would it
be possible to capture, in addition to the above, the name
of the person who opened the spreadsheet (each person has
a unique windows id that they use to log on and access the
network)?

Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks - Saad
