I knew it as soon as I saw the word groups. You're not even using Outlook.
This is a group to support Outlook from the Office group of programs.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and is a quite different
program despite its similar name..
You will probably get a faster and more expert answer if you post this to an
outlook express news group.
Try posting in one of these newsgroups:
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie5.outlookexpress for OE 5.x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie55.outlookexpress for OE 5.5x
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress for OE 6.x
A good website for information on OE is:

In Outlook Express I went to address book, then to create
a new contact and chose "group"...my intention was to
organize somewhat of a mailing list that would be all
under one name...such as "newsletter"...and then have it
distribute to the addresses I added....
Everything semed fine until I was done and it appeared
that only 10 ofthe addresses remained in the new "group"
when I was done...
I'd like to do this simply for now and I'm looking into
any programs designed for mailing list manipulation for
later on....any help would be great, thanks!

What do you mean by a group contact list? Outlook has
no
such term.
How did you add these names?

I posted this under "general" but think it might be
better suited over here...
I tried to add alot fo names to a group contact lastnight
and when I was done it appeared that the group only
contains 10 names!...this is a small amount compared to
how mnay I input.
Is there someway to adjust this or did I do somehting
wrong here?
thanks
Steve
