Setting up a Landing Page

Hi
I am using Front Page 2002
I want to make a landing page for my web site where potential customers must
supply there particulars before the can enter my website.

Can someone please explain to me how I can do it with my excisting Front
Page 2002 web.

And, what "particulars" would that be?
Generally speaking, you'll need to see what type of scripting your host
supports and write the code for the page, or hire someone to do it for you.
