Setting up a meeting / an appointment

Hi Everybody,

my customer uses Outloox XP on Windows 2000 Machines and
has migrated from Exchange 5.5 to Exchagne 2000.
When somebody sets a meeting and want to look at the
disponibility of his attendee, there is a button under
called Option. Clicken on it opens a pop up menu and there
you can choose "Calender details". As soon as this is
done, he can see more details about the attendees calendar
entries. He will not just see their schedule but will see
details about their calendar entries. The question is..is
this not a bug ? How can I go against it ? Can someone
make a test and say if this is the way it should be ?
