Is there a quicker way to setup 4 days on 4 days off 7 am -7pm shift than
changing every single day 1 at a time???

Hi Draw,

What version of Project? Your subject line got cut off and there
are some differences in the directions depending upon what version
you are using.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.

Hello Draw,

You can select the 4 days at a time in the calendar. Simply click
and drag the 4 days on, set your working time. Click and drag the 4
days off, set as non-working. Repeat.

Also i need to have 2 shifts a "day". Day shift is 7 am to 7pm then night
shift is 7pm to 7am.

Hi Draw,

I am guessing you have two shifts of *people* - day shift and night
shift. For an example of a "night shift" which spans midnight
(12:00 am), take a look at the "Third Shift" calendar included with
Project.

I suggest creating two calendars -- one for Day shift and one for
Night shift. Then assign the correct calendar to the specific
resource. When you assign a person to a task, the task schedule
will shift to correspond with the calendar assigned to the resource.
