setting up a workgroup crashed Access

I was attempting to set up a workgroup for a .mdb and it
appears to have corrupted the entire Access 2002
application. I can no longer open any databases in
Access, not even to open a blank database. I get an error
that the "the document... .mdb caused a serious error the
last time it was opened. Would you like to continue
opening it?" and that "..Access has encountered a a
problem and needs to close". Any ideas? Thanks.
