Is there any way that we can setup a yearly planner (eg.annual leave) in
outlook. We are currently using 2003, but will be going to 2007 soon.

Hi Diane,

Yes we are using Exchange 2003. I am really looking for an electronic
version of the wall planner we have in the Office.

I have seen a 3rd party util by Planet Software that would do the trick but
we would have to pay for it. Does Microsoft have it's own outlook template /
add-in that we could use?

We use Citrix on our network and everone has access to Outlook, so we would
need to buy over 3000 licences to get this to work.

Are you using Exchange server? Outlook doesn't have a planner view, but you
can certainly use it to schedule vacations.

Microsoft doesn't have anything and I'm not aware of any free versions.
