Hello,
I have two Access 2003 databases: First has raw data of scanned records from
third party software, second has 'clean' data and is used by end users for
reporting purposes only. I have a series of maintenance queries in an
autoexec macro in the end-user database that runs when the user opens the
database. I would prefer to have the maintenance queries in the first
database run on a daily basis or as scheduled. I've tried Windows Scheduler,
but that leaves the database open. Any ideas on code or possibly third-party
software to help me automate the updates.
Many thanks,
