Setting up column in a report

Following is an example of my query records(there are actially several other
RL's and Actual, BT, N and S fields in the query. This is a sample):

RL, GoalDate, DActual, DBT, DN, DS, OnActual, OnBT, OnN, OnS
MM, 1/1/05 10 5 10 15 8 10 8 5
MM, 2/1/05 12 5 10 15 9 10 8 6
MM, 3/1/05 10 5 15 15 9 11 9 5

I need my report to look like the following:

Jan. Feb. Mar.
DN 10 10 15
DS 15 15 15
DBT 5 5 5
DActual 10 12 10

OnN 10 10 15
OnS 15 15 15
OnBT 5 5 5
OnActual 10 12 10


I'm not sure if I need to re-write my query or if I can set this up in my
report. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I think you can use a multiple column report with a column of labels on the
left. There is a KB article at
