Setting up Contingency Logic in MS Project

I have 4 tasks that all have different predecessors, that cannot run in
parallel. Is there a way to set them up to start dependent upon the
predecessors and also when the first of the other 3 completes (it may not
always be the same order). Kind of like, once one starts the other has to
wait until it finishes, but can start if the other has not yet started?
