Setting up Entourage for Exchange 2007 - endless Retrieving folderlist

Email server: Exchange 2007 (8.1)

I am trying to setup Entourage to my work exchange account, from my home. I
am able to log in and access all data through Safari (OWA), with no
problems.

I setup the account with no errors (using the webmail server address), the
account appears on the left of the window, and changes from "Not connected"
to connected (I also tried to input a wrong password and it gives an error,
saying the password is wrong). So I assume I get connected. I am perfectly
able to access to all Public Folders.

As I never get my own account folder list, I right click on the account, get
Folder Properties, then Storage. There is message there saying "Retrieving
folder list..." that never ends.

How can I know what is Entourage doing and where is it stuck?

Thanks in advance

Roberto

How many messages are we talking about? Roughly how big is your message
store?

Are you able to send mail while this is happening?

My inbox is 33 messages, no more than 5 or 10 Mb.

I tried to send a message but got error 170, with the following text:

" Quit and restart Entourage. If this problem continues you might need to
verify and rebuild the Entourage database."

Can this be something related to certificates or something? The only
certificate used is the one related to OWA, and it is already in my Mac's
key chain. Just guessing...
