Hello Again, I tried to inport this excel file into a contact database in Outlook. It prompts me to say the file does not contain named values???? My goal is to use the Contact Database from outlook to merge with a Word list for labels.. I am clueless on the Excel features that would allow me to do this, Please Help!!!!

Outlook is looking for named ranges in order to map your
fields. How you have your data currently laid out is not
a valid Excel format to import into Outlook. It should
be in a format such as (using these column heads are
default names for Outlook):
Col A: FirstName
Col B: MiddleName
Col C: LastName
Col D: BusinessStreet
Col E: BusinessCity
Col F: BuinessState
etc...

Did you manually create this file? Or is it generated
from another program?

If it would be too difficult to change you file layout,
you may want to post this question on the Outlook
newsgroup. Someone there may know of a way to import
this information.

Also when posting to newsgroups it is best to use test
data, not real data especially with person's personal
address.
