setting up hotmail e-mail account

I have tried to set up my outlook 2007 hotmail e-mail account but even though
I checked the password it won't sent or download it, it keeps telling me that
the password is incorrect...any ideas?

Do you have a paid-for Hotmail subscription? If not, then you can't.
