Setting up Mail Merge Categories

I am using XP Pro 2003 and Outlook 2003.
From my Contacts - Contacts and Accounts in Business Contact Manager I wish
to set up contact files in My Data Sources.
Is there somewhere that explaines how to sort the various Contacts and save
them into files?
