Setting up Microsoft Mail

Whilst trying to Import/export my contacts into another
personal Address book I am encountering the following
error message

Microsoft mail

Post Office.................OK
Mailbox.....................Offline
Password....................Help

The file add-in MSFSMENU.ECF or MSFSPROP.ECF is missing
or is not valid. Problem can be solved by using detect &
repair on help menu.

I have already conducted the detect and help facility,
can anyone help with filling in the ...... in the
Microsoft Mail boxes.
