Setting up MSN as my default inbox and syncing with Pocket PC

I just installed Outlook 2002. It came with my Dell Axim Pocket PC. When I
set up Outlook I set up a new e-mail account for my MSN e-mail account and
made it my default.When you open Outlook it opens into an empty inbox and I
have to use a shortcut to look at my MSN e-mail. Even worse is on the Pocket
PC it syncs with the empty inbox and not my MSN account. when you look under
Tools - E-Mail Accounts it shows only the MSN acccount and show it as default.

I have tried everything, I have to believe I am just missing something
basis - PLEASE HELP !!!!
