Setting up new password for OUTLOOK express, when original password was forgottn

Can anyone help me with this?? I don't want to reset this
and start over and lose what mail I have currently. I am
trying to save my mail so it doesn't get deleted.
I ahvn't been able to get into my mail for 1 week.
