While setting up my user account, I selected to manually configure my account
as I need to connect to a Lotus Domino server running POP (not MAPI) As soon
as I selected Lotus, I received the following error message: "Cannot open
your default e-mail folders. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was
unable to load the information service nwnsp.dll. Be sure the service is
correctly installed and configured."
All i can do is to click on the "OK" button, which shuts down Outlook. I
don't want to connect to Lotus through MAPI, but I can't get back in to
Outlook to change the account settings. Is this information stored in a file
somewhere that I can delete it? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the
entire Office suite twice. Thanks!
