Setting Up Outlook for 2 E-mail Accounts

I am currently using MS Outlook 2000 SR-1 Internet Mail
Only (Win 98 OS) and want to be able to setup two
different e-mail accounts (users) with seperate
passwords. I was told how to setup the two accounts using
tools/accounts, but when I start MS Outlook it goes into
the default account and I cannot log out of this account
and into the second account. Any help that can be
provided would be much appreciated. Thank you.
